Travel

Conference participants should plan to arrive in Madison on Wednesday, July 12, as the meeting begins early the next morning. Departures are recommended for the afternoon of Saturday, July 15 after the morning panels have finished.

Visitors traveling by air are encouraged to fly into Madison via the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). The airport is serviced by American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, and United Airlines. All three lodging locations are a short taxi or hotel shuttle ride from the airport.

Madison is also serviced by intercity regional buses that bring riders to the UW-Madison campus to a spot on the north side of Memorial Library not far from the lodging locations. Visitors coming from Chicago may prefer to take Van Galder Bus while visitors coming from Milwaukee may prefer to take Badger Bus.

Visitors driving to Madison by car may prefer to stay at one of two hotels that offer on site parking.
